today was a happy day :)
went out with baby after such a long while.well, its about damn time we did! :p
well, it was free cone day at ben jerry's today, so yup..
you guessed it!!!
time for the in-born characteristic of s'poreans to emerge...
BINGO! bet you guessed what it was immediately...
FUCKING KIASU-NESS!!! OMG...
the line just to get that free ice cream at ben and jerry's. its just unbelievable.
from the young kids, to the students who most probably skipped school for it and of course not excluding even the old.
everyone waiting in-line for more than an hour, heck! maybe 2 hours, just for that single scoop of ice cream.
just go BUY one for crying out loud. how cheapskate can people really get?!
anyway, baby and i had a damn good time laughing our asses off alright. lol. :P
even took some pictures of it..maybe he'll post em..maybe he won't..
so anyway, moving on!! we managed to make it in time for the 2.35pm movie at the cathay.. :)
yay for shooter!!! its a damn good movie... seriously... we loved every moment of it :)
hmmm...oh yea! we left for suntec after that.. it really changed since the last time we were there..top shop's gone!!!!!! arg! so is marche! :(
well, lol.. baby kinda got addicted to the "being a sniper" idea that we just had to find an arcade to play the game...yup...we found one, played the game and GOT RID of that craving. :P hehe.. muacks baby!
then we came across this other game that lets you win PSPs, hps, ipods and all those kinda stuff..
yup, baby played that one too..and he almost won the darn ipod. it was like so close!! like the "touch of a button" close. damn it.... *sulk*nvm..next time k baby? we're gonna try again..that damn machine ripped you of your 5 bucks..lol
walked around in carrefour after that then left for dinner cause we were hungry :) i swear i'm being a pig lately.
ate at surf and turf AGAIN :) ( ate there the last time we were in suntec) lol...
had mozerella cheese sticks as a side and had this damn nice chicken with cheese thingy while baby had a steak :)
anyway, was damn full after that, but i think i kinda ate too much cheese for one day.. got me kinda sick on the way home.. couldn't hang with baby in the end :( i'm so sorry :(
should remember never to eat so much cheese in one day ever again..do remind me!! :p
well, thats all for today i suppose. still feel like vomitting though...bleah!!! but i had a nice day :) thanks baby for everything today.. love ya!! *hugs* lets have more outings like this one!!! well, minus the cheese sickness. lol :p
